We are happy to answer any questions related to Branca products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of Branca.in other than cases mentioned here.
STEPS TO MAKE RETURN
- Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order. Email us at ‘email@example.com’
- Send us a photograph of the product.
- After receiving details and thorough validation of return the Quality Control team will decide for approval of return, the pickup of to be returned package will be arranged through courier from your address.
- Once we receive the original product in its original condition the fresh product will be dispatched
Refunds will be done in following cases:
- In case a wrong item has been dispatched to you.
- Genuine Quality Issue.
- The Package has been lost in transit.
No Refunds will be done in following cases
- Incorrect or Outdated delivery address.
Incorrect address format including any form of PO Box Address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
Package refused by recipient.
Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently 25% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customers.
- Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
- Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website
